Driver Codes is the only app providing convenient access to your DVLA issued driving licence and, if relevant, your digital tachograph card and CPC training information

Access to the app and your information is protected by biometrics for your privacy and security. Your data is sent securely to the DVLAs web service; we do not see nor log your data.

If you rent cars frequently or drive for a living and are required to generate licence share codes for your employer then you will save time by generating and managing your share codes within the app.

The app has been developed in the UK by a team with over a hundred years of software development expertise: our primary focus has been on privacy and security whilst recognising that the process of generating driving licence check codes and accessing your licence information can be cumbersome and time consuming.
